Catching Up

It's been a while, so forgive me and I'll post some of the best sketches since I last wrote.  I've been busy with school and then graduating and then moving, but now that everything's finally settled I should be posting regularly again. 

I usually find it hard to motivate myself to "finish" sketches and art - that's what this blog is here to push me to do.  I went to a landscape design professor's talk the other day and he spoke about how we come to understand the world around us by drawing it.  As if spending the time to put an object's essence on paper and observing it closely is a form of communication between us and the object.  I like it.
